Terms and Conditions

Deposits and remaining balances
A deposit is required for bookings (this applies to wedding hire). 
All balances must be paid in full, prior to the day of service. This can be paid to the driver at the time and place of the first collection (pick up) point or it can be paid directly at the office prior to the booking.

Credit Terms
Where credit terms have been agreed to, full payment is due and payable within 15 days of the date of the invoice.

Luggage
The company will use its own discretion in relation to the volume and/or weight of luggage to be carried and we reserve the right to refuse to carry excessive amounts. The company shall not be liable for loss or damage to clients’ property. 

Cancellation Policy
Corporate account customers can cancel up to 24hrs prior to pick-up time at no cost. Cancellations within 24hrs are chargeable at 50% of the booking fee.
Cancellations of more than 24hrs prior to the time of booking will receive no charge. Go Executive Travel will accept any cancellation made as long as 24hrs notice via email is received. 

Delays
It shall be the hirer’s responsibility to allow adequate time to reach their destination. Go Executive Travel does not accept any responsibility in any way for missed connections i.e flights, trains, due to adverse weather, traffic conditions, road traffic accidents, road closures, road maintenance, vehicle breakdown or any unforeseen circumstances.
